Head of BPS Musi Rawas Regency Supervises Sakernas Enumeration and Checks Data Anomalies in Sri Mulyo Village

Sri Mulyo, 28 August 2024 – Head of the Musi Rawas Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Mr. Dedi Fahlevi, carried out a field visit in order to supervise the implementation of the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) enumeration and check data anomalies identified in the survey. This activity took place in Sri Mulyo Village, STL Ulu Musi District, on Wednesday, August 28 2024.

During his visit, Mr. Dedi Fahlevi was accompanied by Mr. Legino, a BPS staff member who also plays an active role in census activities. This visit aims to ensure that the Sakernas census process is running well and in accordance with established procedures. Apart from that, Mr Dedi also directly checked the data anomalies found during the census, to ensure the accuracy and validity of the data which would later be used to formulate various policies.

In Sri Mulyo Village, Mr Dedi and Mr Legino interacted directly with enumeration officers and the local community, ensuring that all stages of the survey were carried out carefully and accurately. This visit is also an important momentum to provide direction and motivation to field officers in carrying out their duties.

With this supervision, it is hoped that the results of the 2024 Sakernas can reflect employment conditions in Musi Rawas Regency more accurately and comprehensively. Mr. Dedi Fahlevi emphasized that BPS Musi Rawas Regency will continue to maintain the quality of the data produced and is committed to providing the best statistical services for the community.
