Abstract

Long Form SP2020 recorded a TFR of South Sumatra of 2.23 which means an average of about 2 children born to women during their reproductive period although there are still 3 children.

The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) resulting from the SP2020 Long Form in South Sumatra Province is 175, which means that there are 175 female deaths during pregnancy, during childbirth or puerperium per 100,000 live births.

South Sumatra's Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) decreased significantly from 25 per 1000 live births in the 2010 Population Census to 16.78 per 1000 live births on the SP2020 Long Form.

Long Form SP2020 noted that the decline in south Sumatra's lifetime migration rate was quite high compared to SP2010, which decreased by 18 percent.

The largest proportion of the population with interprovincial migrant status in South Sumatra is in the millennial generation, which is as many as 2 out of 100 millennial generation residents.
Long Form SP2020 recorded that around 6.94 percent of the elderly in South Sumatra experienced a disability.

Long Form SP2020 results show ! The education rate of the population of South Sumatra aged 15 years and over is dominated by upper secondary education, namely from 100 residents aged 15 years and over there are around 32 people who complete high school / equivalent.

The results of the SP2020 Long Form show that more than 90 percent of households in South Sumatra occupy houses that meet the requirements for resilience in both urban and rural areas.
