  • The number of foreign tourists (tourists) visiting in South Sumatra through the entrance of Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport Palembang in July 2014 as many as 635 people. The number of foreign tourists visiting South Sumatra in July 2014 decreased by 37.68 percent compared to June 2014.
  • Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of starred hotels in South Sumatra in July 2014 reached an average of 37.12 percent, or down 11.21 points compared to the TPK of hotels in June 2014 of 48.33 percent. Meanwhile, if observed according to hotel classifications, it turns out that in July 2014 the ROR for five-star hotels reached 58.12 percent and was the highest ROR for hotels compared to other star-class hotels.
  • The average length of time to take domestic randomness in five-star hotels in South Sumatra in July 2014 reached 1.97 days, increasing by as much as 0.04 days compared to the average length of stay in June 2014.
