On the morning of Monday, February 19, an atmosphere of enthusiasm and togetherness filled the Morning Call room at the Musi Rawas Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Office. The event was chaired by Mr Dedi Fahlevi, who serves as Head of BPS, and was attended by all BPS staff. In this rally, the main theme raised was "The Trust in Social Statistics".
Mr. Dedi Fahlevi opened the rally by underlining the importance of maintaining integrity and quality in collecting social statistical data. He stated that accurate and reliable statistical data is the main basis for designing development policies that are sustainable and effective for society.
In his speech, Mr. Dedi Fahlevi also emphasized that BPS's task is not just to collect data, but also has a moral responsibility to ensure that the data presented is an honest and accurate reflection of the social conditions of society. Thus, the mandate of social statistics is a commitment that must be upheld by every BPS member.
Musi Rawas Regency BPS employees also welcomed this theme with enthusiasm and determination to improve the quality of their work in compiling social statistical data. They agreed to use this morning's rally as a momentum to reflect and strengthen their commitment to providing accurate, reliable and useful information for the development of the Musi Rawas Regency community.
